I’m Rich Greene.
I work at the intersection of cybersecurity, education, speaking, and human performance. My background spans real world security operations, teaching foundational cybersecurity at scale, and helping people understand how systems actually succeed or fail outside of theory. I care less about tools in isolation and more about how decisions get made, how trust is granted, and how humans interact with the systems we build.
That’s where SITH² comes in.
SITH² stands for Systems, Identity, and Trust, squared by Human Factors.
It’s a way of thinking about security and resilience that starts with structure but never forgets reality.
Technology matters, but design matters more. And humans aren’t the weakest link, they’re part of the system.
Whether I’m teaching, speaking, creating content, or working with organizations, the goal is the same. Clear thinking, practical design, and systems that work for real people.
